Don
Graves is the director of strategic partnerships for
Business Roundtable, where he also serves as the
executive director of BusinessLINC®.
Previously, Mr. Graves was a policy advisor at the
U.S. Department of the Treasury where he provided guidance
and direction on domestic policy issues, wrote speeches
for the Secretary, and represented the Department on
a number of White House Task Forces. Prior to his position
at Treasury, Mr. Graves was an associate in the Washington
office of the law firm of Graves & Horton, based
in Cleveland. Mr. Graves was also the vice president
and director of the Washington Office for the Organization
for a New Equality, a 20-year-old, national civil rights
organization focusing on issues relating to the economy.
Mr. Graves holds degrees
of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History
from Williams College
and Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center,
where he was president of the Student Bar and received
the Dean’s Certificate. He currently serves on
the Boards of Directors of the Community Reinvestment
Fund and the Metropolitan Community Development Corporation,
and is a mentor and tutor with the organization For
Love of Children in Washington, D.C. |
