The core of the work is done at the local level, where BusinessLINC® coalitions facilitate relationships between large and small businesses. Each coalition is chaired by a corporate CEO, hosted by a local business, community group or civic association, and includes corporate partners.

The local coalitions recruit firms and intermediary organizations, such as specialized non-profits and business membership organizations, to join together to foster BusinessLINC® partnerships that meet local needs.
